We are the owners of 27 Hitchcock Drive Nannup a home Built for Milford Homes by James Borck and Jesse, his employee.

This home for us was built to fulfil a desire to have an environmentally friendly home constructed in wood. Our home had to have little impact on the environment and blending into the landscape. Our home had to meet high construction standards, low maintenance and be a place where we could enjoy the scenic views all around us.

The home built by James for Milford Homes has ticked all those boxes, last year we had friends visit on a hot summers day when the temperature was nearing forty degrees Celsius; the house was just twenty five degrees indoors. We have had comments by locals as to just how well our home blends into the landscape this has been an objective from day one. This has been enhanced by the native plants we have planted.

We have made several recommendations to friends who have the same desire for a home similar to ours. We have a friend building a MILFORD HOME in Bridgetown on our recommendation. We have great pleasure in recommending James as a contractor for Milford Homes.

Mr Borck built the majority of my home with 2 other carpenters in 2014; all his work was of a high standard, and their work ethic was the best.  If I had any concerns it was attended to  I add that I am, shall I say, a retired carpenter, and lived in a shed on site during construction.  Should I build another house, I would have no hesitation in having Mr Borck build the same, and wish him all the best in his endeavours.
